We are always seeking passionate, creative, and fun-loving members to join our team! We pride ourselves on our team culture and inclusivity; our open-door policy and transparent communication; and our ability to support each of our students’ unique learning styles and needs. Emerald Learning also offers health benefits and time-off packages to our team members.
Do you thrive when working directly with others? Does the idea of support students in making meaningful changes to their own life appeal to you? You might be just the team member for us! Our behavior technicians provide high-quality behavioral support to our students through 1-on-1 support. If you view yourself as a problem-solver and team player, and know that you possess flexibility and effective communication skills, we’d love to hear from you. Availability for 10-30 hours a week is highly desired; prior experience as a RBT or CBT is a bonus!
Our BCBAs enjoy manageable caseloads and a collaborative, multi-disciplinary clinical environment, with consultation from seasoned analysts always available. Our team utilizes progressive, trauma-informed ABA; we strongly prefer clinicians who are already experienced or are willing to learn more about this approach. Our analysts manage clinical oversight to their caseload, including staff training, progress monitoring and intervention, and all elements of treatment planning. Licensure as a BCBA, as well as LBA in Washington state, is required.
