Mike has worked in the field of behavior analysis for 18 years with experience in the home, school and clinical setting. He has also worked with individuals in the field of ABA between the ages of 2 and 58. Mike has received his bachelors in communication from Biola University and his Masters in Special Education from the University of West Florida.
Mike has served as a BCBA since 2012, with experience as Clinical Director overseeing the behavioral services of over 150 patients through a large insurance network, as a director of therapy services of a special education school in Southern California, as a Clinical Director in the Central Coast of California overseeing three clinics serving clients in the Monterey, County region and most recently as an Executive Director, overseeing clinic, home and school services in the South King County Area of Washington. He currently resides in Tacoma, WA with his wife and their son and daughter. In his free time, Mike likes to spend time enjoying the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends.
Jenelle Bartlett entered the field of behavior analysis in 2013 and has served clients in the autistic community in both the United States and Australia. Currently, Jenelle is a doctoral student at Capella University, where she is studying the effects of preference for instructional conditions on rates of learning for practicum students.
The Emerald Learning School is composed of experienced, highly qualified, special education teachers, speech and language pathologists, board certified behavior analysts, certified behavior technicians and occupational therapists.
